How Our Network Works for Homeowners
Talk to a provider
Who You Talk To
People often assume a referral service sends a big crew with a branded truck. In practice, you talk to an independent local provider. That provider is a separate business. Presentsinterpretation Tree Service makes the introduction, and the provider does the work and sets the terms.
What Happens on the First Conversation
The provider will usually ask about the tree, its size, how close it is to the house, wires or fences, and whether anything is already damaged. Photos help a lot here. Some jobs can be quoted from pictures. Others need a visit first.
Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and wait for a reply.
What to Ask a Provider
A good provider is glad to answer these. Listen for clear, specific replies.
- Are you licensed and insured, and can you show proof? A solid answer is a simple yes with paperwork. A red flag is a vague answer or a pushy change of subject.
- Is the estimate in writing? It should list the work, cleanup and any stump grinding.
- What happens to the wood and debris? Hauling, chipping and leaving logs behind should be spelled out.
- How will you protect my roof, lawn and fence? Good answers name a method, not just a promise to be careful.
- Do you need a permit or an inspection? Rules differ by town, and a seasoned provider will know.
Be cautious if someone demands full payment up front, shows up uninvited after a storm, or will not put anything in writing.
You Are in Control
You can compare more than one estimate. You can say no. You can ask for time. Nothing about a request through Presentsinterpretation Tree Service locks you in. The decision, the contract and the price are between you and the provider.
